Turn Radius of a SUP Customs Skiff with a Power Pole Micro Anchor Spike Left in the Unit

Hey everybody, it's another video answering. Today was out in a lake in Orlando, Winter Haven, just answering tons of questions. So we get a lot of questions about the micro anchor spike. Why we leave it in: one, I don't want to lose it. Two, a lot of times when we're fishing — I mean, we'll be going motoring 10, 15 mil hour and we'll spot a big fish 100 away, 50 yards away, big school of fish — and we need to anchor down like that. I don't have time to pull my kill switch, grab my, unstrap my spike from the board. You know, if you do strap, just right there you can use those
rod holders from Yak, just put your spike on it. We just don't have time, we don't want to worry about it. I have a lot of questions about how the turn radius, turn radius is with with with the spike, so we're going to do that that now for you. But this a little run down: it's the Power-Pole up and down. So, up, down. If you double click up, or double click, click down, it will do it for you. So I'm going to double click up, not touching nothing, then we'll go down just a little bit. Now when we run, we hit the up button and leave it up.
We don't want anything h on underneath our plate. And then if you want it to go out, and then you just — I have this little rod holder up here from Yak and just line it up, or you can use their outside parts. All right, now Austin's out there and he's going to show us the turn radius on the spike, be it. So right now he's going to do donuts, hitting his spike. He's going to reverse, he's going to reverse and do a three-point turn out of here, and then he's going to hit his spike, and we're going to see this turn radius. And he's just going to do donuts.
I told him. All right, rocking all over the place. All right, so here he [Music] goes. So his turn radius, with his spike in, with his tiller handle hitting, is right there. So I don't know, it's pretty good turn. And then if you need to turn sharper, just turn right. See you later.
